Called these guys for a water filtration set up, got a quote and even sent a link to the set up we were buying WHILE I was on the phone with the technician so they understand what we wanted installed before I bought it. The day came for the install and the technician left because of an emergency which i understand it happens but they rescheduled for the next day only not to show up. Overall terrible service. Bad communicators and when we would follow up they would never respond in a timely manner. The experts are unaware of the job at hand, and not very professional.
This business has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau. They have 6 complaints with no response to the BBB. The owners are kind on the phone and tell you what you want to hear. Tyler did sloppy work and charged me $11,000 for a well issue. We had a phone call which we discussed what needed done to resolve the work. He came out and did adjustments, but it was not what we discussed on the phone. The well issue still was not resolved. Reposting on behalf of my dad, Lynn Hyden. I am extremely dissatisfied with Evolved Plumbing. My basement flooded and I called Evolved Plumbing and explained that my well pump had recently been replaced, but lost its prime and that possibly the pipes to the ground well is where the leak was. I was told they would replace the pump, pres-sure tank and pipes down in the well. They replaced the pump from 1/2HP to 3/4HP which is much noisier and also will cost more to run.
