I've seen Dennis in the past when he treated me for intractable heel pain which was relieved in 5-6 sessions and hasn't returned for well over a year. Now he is working on a pain in my left hip which actually comes from my back and the pain is getting less and less with each session. I expect him to be able to completely eliminate this pain soon.' I have been in pain 24/7 for the last year. Sciatica Weekly sessions - several physical therapists. Nice people, little improvement. One visit with Dr. Dennis and I am pain free. It seems like a miracle. I have my life back!!!! I’m only sorry I can’t give Evolved more than five stars.
I am a physical therapist and have known Dennis for some time as we had worked together at the same clinic in the past. I unfortunately had the onset of frozen shoulder at the end of November in 2024. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dennis for treatment of my shoulder.
