I recently went on a 5 day retreat facilitated by Skye, I knew no one, I was nervous, I wondered if I was in the right place (both mentally and geographically), however wow what an amazing experience! Before I worked with Skye I was lacking confidence in my embodiment and expression. I came to Skye because she embodies the confidence and energy that I desire to show up in. Skye helped me to see that it was all within me and she gave me the permission to show up authentically. If you are craving to be more of yourself and ooze confidence I would highly recommend to book in which her.

I went on Skyes first retreat. Not fully knowing what to expect, i walked away feeling love that I have been craving, more in tune with and in my body and feeling more confident and positive going forward.
