Negative reviews are always difficult and upsetting but sometimes there is a learning experience that comes out of a job. In this case, client attitudes and expectations should have become a red flag from the start. The contractor I had with me to first meet the clients, see the scope, and estimate the job in December of 2021, was turned down by the homeowners as pricing was too high for them.
