I was a trainer at Evolve before they moved and became Evolved fitness. However, I know some of the trainers that still train and coach there now. I've been coming here since April 2021 when my Personal Trainer Shaun Vineyard changed gyms and I followed him over. 1. Shaun is absolutely fantastic. He's been working with me for over a year now to help me get rid of my "dad bod" and just get more active. I used to be a straight cardio guy but due to a series of injuries those days are behind me.
