I contacted Evolved on September 11 requesting 4 appts for Oct 11, stating we needed to be done by 1:30pm and that we were all coming from out of town for these tattoos. Ali said 2 of us could go at 12 and 2 of us at 1pm and that we would be done by 1:30 and all we needed to do was make our deposit over the phone. 2 of us made our deposits and I sent another email September 17 letting her know.
