Dropped as a client due to hardship and was not given a chance to work through and when trying to reconnect and get back on track with support I was denied and have been told by one receptionist in particular that I’m too high risk and that my psychologist doesn’t wish to engage with me. I believe this is unprofessional, a stigma for a company and industry working with mental health that are meant to be the opposite of what they are giving to their clientele.
