Coach Olivia still has new tips and still critiquing my form. Goes to show you I still have a long way to go, but with EVOLVE's coaches I will get there, safely and correctly!
I am new to yoga and Brittany's patience and demonstrations/explanations of the movements and poses make it super easy to follow along. She is very aware of everyone's individual needs in the class and makes a point to watch all of the participants and helps correct us throughout the practice. I am very thankful for this class. Hannah is an excellent trainer. She develops a one on one connection with everyone in group classes. She quickly picks up a good understanding of everyone’s strength and skill level, giving the necessary attention and modifications when necessary. She brings the right balance of motivation and push while still being mindful of personal limitations and injuries. I am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome.
Evolve is the best! Every single coach is encouraging and will push you to do your best! The gym itself is always clean and the equipment is consistently updated. I had no idea what I was doing when I first joined, and there was no hesitation in helping me understand what to do, how to push myself, and how to do so safely! Thankful to have found this place and the community it’s built!
