I've been a member for about 3 months. The instructors are great! Wonderful variety of classes. So glad I discovered this place.
Taylor was my instructor for both a hot bells class I took and Pilates. As a first timer for Pilates, Taylor really worked with me to make sure I was doing everything right and that everything was comfortable. Absolutely amazing instructor! The classes were super fun too!
Best boutique gym in Baton Rouge and likely my favorite ever! They offer such a wonderful variety of classes with several wonderful instructors that you never get bored. You can tell the instructors enjoy what they do and are also great at correcting for proper form to prevent or work with any injuries!
