I’ve been to several classes over the last few months, from reformer Pilates with Rachael, Madison, Kat, Caroline, and Mary Clare to strength & weights with Rachael. All of them have been great. Love how all instructors made me feel comfortable and helped me with modifications when needed. I’ve already signed up for another 3 month package. This is the best place I’ve been and I look forward to working out now.
Excellent classes!
