I love Evolve! I get a great workout every time, the coaches are knowledgeable and welcoming and the members are fun! And super convenient being in the neighborhood!
Training equipment is spot on, with a variety of equipment that ranges all weights! Coach is amazing and super sweet, but will make sure you have correct form! I love working out with this group, and will continue to do so.
6 years in now and I'll keep coming back. I remember watching this group do its "thang" from afar and envying the community that seemed to come from it, but feeling like there was not a spot for me. Found this neighborhood work out group when we moved. It was suggested by a couple new friends so I went and tired it out. I have been going now for over 4 Years. There are so many class options and class types it makes it easy to find something to fit your schedule. My teenage son is also part of their teen lift program they are offering as well
