Evolve Strength Sunridge is a solid gym with a great location, especially if you’re working nearby. It has all the basic equipment you need—turf, racks, machines—but the space feels a bit cramped and under-equipped compared to Royal Oak or Seton. Once you’ve been to those, especially Seton, you’ll realize it’s a night-and-day difference. The layout, vibe, and equipment quality are just way better there. This place SUCKS. I have been Evolve strength members since two years, worked out at Seton and Royal Oaks. Moved here to south east and just wanted to do trial workout before I sign up here, the guy at the front desk CALEB, wasted my time, he said let me figure out how to do it, after twenty minutes he said, You have been a member another branch, so you can not do a trial workout. This place doesn’t look like Evolve Strength. The guy at the front desk represents this stupid branch.
