This is a great gym! The cleanliness, greenery, large windows, staff, equipment, meals to go… it’s all 5 stars. The environment feels spacious and calm.
I usually go to the north location, but come to the downtown one if I have massage or physio booked here. I used to come here daily, for about 5 years, before I moved, but have seen a huge difference lately. Specifically trainers and other gym-goers hogging multiple pieces of equipment, sometimes 3-4, on various areas of the gym, some of them even 15+minutes before they need them. Great gym. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. People are very nice. Really like the atmosphere of the gym.
