I had a few sports injuries to deal with throughout the year. Met with both Luke and Dan for consultations during this period. Both were a wealth of knowledge and very professional in their approach. Needless to say, with their help, I've now recovered and would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I wanted to express my gratitude for Luke and the ESM team. I had developed golfer's elbow and had debilitating pain. Thanks to Luke's guidance and follow-uos I have made a full recovery. A few days ago I was in the gym when I received a check-in text from Luke and realised I had no more pain in my elbow. All our consultations were done remotely via Google Meet. His expert advice, way of asking questions to assess your progress and status are impeccable. I highly recommend Luke and ESM.
