I wanted to express my gratitude for Luke and the ESM team. I had developed golfer's elbow and had debilitating pain. Thanks to Luke's guidance and follow-uos I have made a full recovery. A few days ago I was in the gym when I received a check-in text from Luke and realised I had no more pain in my elbow. All our consultations were done remotely via Google Meet. His expert advice, way of asking questions to assess your progress and status are impeccable. I highly recommend Luke and ESM.
My personal trainer recommended Dan to me as I’ve had shoulder issues for a few years. It was all by video call and the way Dan explained it was spot on, the movement I got back especially in my right shoulder was beyond what I was expecting. I would highly recommend Dan for any issues and will definitely be using him again.
