I suffered from a ruptured patella tendon early 2020. Unfortunately covid limited what rehab I could do after surgery, especially living in a small country town. 2 years in and walking with a bad limp I was recommended to Dan for a consult. It was life changing as Dan was absolutely brilliant with his rehab program, writing up thorough exercise plans that could be done at home. It was definitely worth the trips to Melbourne. Sprained my back lifting one of the kids awkwardly and this put a hold on all training which was really disappointing. Luke and Dan were awesome at diagnosing and then prescribing a very practical and effective plan to get back into training, and also teaching me how to back off and ramp back up when I pushed to hard and caused a repeat spasm. Definitely my first stop for any future issues.
Luke and Dan are both fantastic and have helped me through two (seperate) frustrating injuries in minimal time. I’ve recommended them to anyone who has any kind of pain or injury.
Hurt my back in 2023 doing deadlifts which meant I couldn’t squat and deadlift without pain and it was eventually affecting my day to day life. I was recommended ESM by a friend, so I consulted with Luke. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about pain and back pain. Through him started my rehab, although it was a long process, I’m back to deadlifting pre-injury weights which I’m very grateful to Luke and ESM for. Thank you!
Had my first physio consult ever with Dan and he was amazing. I’m a healthcare professional myself I am quite critical when it comes to allied health services and Dan exceeded all my expectations. Although the initial forms are lengthy, the effort and time to complete them did not go to waste as Dan really took a detailed and considered approach to rehabbing my shoulder.
