One of my first retreats and the recharge they provided (mentally, physically emotionally) was a much needed and welcomed experience. Tina and her team are top of their game and committed to bringing more wellness to the world. Best part is its right in our backyard.
The food, the inspiring mountains, the workshops, the workouts, the mindfulness, the sleep.... Aaaaah..... Feels soooo good. I am ready to tackle my big business projects now.
My experience at the 'Day of Wellness' with Evolve Retreat Co. was nothing less than transformational. Not only did I connect with kindred spirits, but I reconnected with myself. The coaches were world-class and the stunning setting in the Canadian Rockies was postcard perfect. If you're looking to rediscover yourself and pamper your mind, body and soul, look no further.
The Evolve Team was very knowledgeable and professional. Stunning atmosphere and views, great food and venue.
