I work overnights part time as well as a regular day job. I try all types of supplements and energy products to try and focus after long stretches of no sleep. I tried Boost and was pleasantly surprised not only with the energy but the focus and reduced brain fog from not sleeping for 2 days. Patrick Lerouge is a fantastic practitioner who really shows how much he wants to be of service. My first session was July 2023 where I was experiencing intense cramps.
