We did intake on May 21st. We did not hear back from them for 6 weeks so I finally called them to find out when we would have our first appointment. The scheduler named Leslie was hateful and rude, blamed us saying she tried to call us on all three numbers and did not get a hold of us (which I know was not true because I did not get any voicemails or show any missed calls and I'm awake from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. everyday), she said she also called the VA and she said the VA told her that our referrals canceled. Dr. Jennings is an empathetic doctor who consistently listens well to patient concerns & feeling & helps her patients navigate the often complicated road to recovery.
Case manager I had in 2016 was amazing but their doctor ms Jennings was cold and callous when I moved off and then came back to tahlequah in 2017. She apparently doesn't like it when people move to New homes across the state and come back because it didn't work because she refused services saying they couldn't provide the services I needed (when they had provided the exact same services I needed ie medication management and case management just 9 months prior)
Wish Dr. Jennings was still there!!
