None of the 4 chargers are working. The screen was frozen. First step is to plug charger in, then click “continue” button, which is impossible. The other person also left in frustration. So, I was not alone in this nonsense.
This charging station is in a Sinoco Gas Station. It says “in partnership with Piso, powered by EVconnect.” This was the worst EVolve Charging Station I’ve ever visited. Three of the four chargers had paper hand written notes saying “Must use EV Connect app to start/activate station. Touch screen/credit card does not work.” Someone was charging at the station without the note and told us he was leaving so we waited and pulled into that spot. We couldn’t get the screen to work.
