Had to move three times to get the charger to start. By the time my charge started, the preconditioning I had set up for my vehicle was no longer in effect. In other words the battery was cold by the time I got the charge to start. Could not use the interactive screen and pay with a credit card. Had to find and download the app and I already was registered luckily. The app allows you to pay per session with Apple Pay and that was nice. It would be generous to call these chargers poorly maintained, because that would assume that they are in any way being maintained.
