Joanna is exceptional , so skilled and knowledgeable ! Great spa, super clean and Sam at the desk greeted me and is so nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back for future services!
The air conditioning had been broken for 2 weeks and they knew this well in advance of my appt. Instead of giving me a heads up the evening before, or at a minimum, the morning of my appointment, they called me 15 minutes prior, after I had completely blocked out my schedule for that day, and while I was driving and already on my way which was a 25 minute drive.
