Liz is intuitive and intentional! You’re in for a treat if you’ve booked with Liz. She knows how to tune in and listen to your body and she has the tools to help you in your healing journey. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

So sometimes, the therapist asks why you’ve come for a massage, and you tell them, “my neck,” and hope for some extra time on your neck. But then, they proceed to do the same full body that they always do, not giving any more time to your request.
