Awesome massage. I have had pain for months and it was on the mend but this massage got me over the edge. She did an amazing job, perfect amount of pressure, added cupping to help as well. I will definitely go back to her next time I need a massage!
Liz is an angel. I’ve been dealing with chronic stiffness post knee surgery. I’ve tried everything from constant pt foam rolling dry needling Graston other massage. I finally got relief from Liz. I wish I found her much sooner. She is an expert and is highly trained in medical massage.
Liz is intuitive and intentional! You’re in for a treat if you’ve booked with Liz. She knows how to tune in and listen to your body and she has the tools to help you in your healing journey. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!
Amazing experience! Liz is so wonderful and targets troubled areas while managing to include the entire body. Would recommend to everyone!
Absolutely amazing at her job. Best massages I've had.
