They recently hosted an event for an anti-trafficking nonprofit I’m involved with, and they did an incredible job! I first met Christian at a nutrition event when he invited me to check out his self defense gym. I was a little hesitant at first, as this was completely out of my comfort zone. However, Christian made me feel at home from the start. He is an outstanding trainer and coach with a ton of experience, knowledge and a gift of teaching.
