I went as a guest for two sessions while i was in town and I wad blown away by how accepting and open the instructors and other students were. I left covered in sweat each time and it was a great workout with a great group of people!

I’ve taken 2 classes at this location with two different instructors and I enjoyed them both. They have been very informative, skill based and in a very welcoming environment. Keep doing what y’all are doing!
Took the combat and sparring class with Christian today, and it was an awesome experience. The class was structured in a way that made sparring feel approachable—breaking down both offensive and defensive elements before putting everything together. By the end of the hour, I felt comfortable sparring with other members, which was both challenging and a ton of fun.
