I’ve been coming to Evolve Kickbozxing since January 2025, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve done for myself. Amazing place to train! I was looking for a women’s only option and Evolve does not disappoint. I’ve taken advantage of the personal training for three years now and couldn’t be happier. My daughter started joining my private sessions when she was four years old. She will be training for two years this September and loves it. I highly recommend it! Sign up today. :)
This is a space where I truly feel good — surrounded by strong women who are all working to become even stronger, always supporting one another. Tiffany, the founder, is incredibly professional and genuinely believes in the best of us. You can feel that energy in every class. It’s motivating, uplifting, and full of heart. So grateful to have found this place!
