Awful experience with this company i enquired about building a granny flat on my property and Tara Tamihana Senior Property Coach stated to me that no granny flat could be built on my block cause of an easement. Lucky I didn’t take her word and I doubled checked with my town planner that a granny flat can be built on my block just need to make adjustments.
