If it weren't for the staff at the front desk (Glenda, Michael and Donald), I would likely give this place 3/5 stars. However, I somewhat knew the building would be 3/5 stars when I moved in. This isn't a new luxury building with brand new amenities, but I think the amenities we do have are pretty good. Although, the hot tub has been down for over a year and I've heard they don't plan on ever fixing it. Unbeatable location, views & size of units / balconies for the price you pay. Older building but the value is great. They had some AC issues in the past however they got a new cooling tower to remedy that. We live here for 2 years.

I rented a one bedroom from here for two years and had issues with management, my unit, and building amenities. While the lobby staff is incredible (especially Mike and Glenda) and the units are spacious for the price, this is an old poorly managed complex that I would not recommend living in. When I first moved in, my coax outlet was painted over (leaving me without internet for a week) and my bathroom was covered in mold. Do not rent out 3909 the AC has been out for two years now. It is currently 90 degrees and my apartment is 100 degrees this man does not care for anyone’s other than himself. Ps. I have a baby. Please do not move into their building they do not care about their tenants.
