After many years going to big “all you can eat” gyms this was my first foray into a PT focussed boutique gym. I couldn’t be happier. The programs are well tailored to me and the tone is more like an exclusive club than gym. The members have been very welcoming to newer members and their support is encouraging progress. The trainers are similarly very professional and supportive. Five Stars for sure!
