I haven’t worked out in years and I was intimidated to start. I actually didn’t even know where to start. I was recommended to contact Darrin and I’m glad I did. He met with me and customized a program and also Gave me a ton of additional information on meal plans and healthy eating. I like that you can go to the gym anytime as it’s 24 seven.
