They are clueless when it comes to portion sizes. They said my meal plan was the same as when I was in inpatient treatment. Not even close. I called the treatment center I was in and told them what I was given for breakfast and they were shocked. They also give you 12-14 ounces of water that you have to complete. If you don't They give you ensure plus. Um water has no calories or nutritional value other than hydration. No way am I drinking a supplement for water.
