I Joined reformed fitness 4 months ago and for someone who had real anxiety about stepping Into a gym this was a massive step, from the very start staff have been really friendly and supportive, with a great range of personal trainers. I've been going to jake here since I joined,and it's the best decision I made. There is such a variety of people and I love that. Anyone is welcome and made to feel every bit of it. Would highly recommended reformed fitness to anyone.
I'm new to this gym, & being couched by Jake (Hardiman couching) And what an amazing couche he is, 100% recommended, All the staff are welcoming and happy to help if needed, Great gym 💪
