Sim did my hair with a lot of care and made it look exactly like I wanted it to!!
We booked an appointment on the phone Thursday evening at 5:15 PM For Saturday at 11:30 am. When we arrived to the appointment, there was no record of us calling or booking the appointment And the staff did not even try to fit the appointment in because it was clearly their staff’s fault. Very disappointed as we paid for parking and took time out of our day, and the haircut was needed. Shocked that you couldn’t even attempt to rectify the situation, just left it at that. Terrible customer service.

I go to see Darwin for my haircut here at Evolve. I have now been twice to get my haircut from him and I plan to keep coming back. He’s very detail oriented and he knows exactly how to work with my hair type. Great guy, would highly recommend.
