I had got my MOT and full service done, the booking process was straightforward with no waiting around, the owner knew what he was talking about and gave excellent customer service. I had queried some stuff on the MOT advisories, he explained them in good detail and gave price ranges for how much it'll cost to replace / repair. I will look to come here in the future.
Unfortunatley had a bad experience here i went based on the reviews however the issue i had with my car was not rectified i spent alot of money on front disc and pads on my car but still a very loud squeaking noise coming from the car only to find out from another garage that old discs were fitted on my car hence still having the noise He took the dics and pads back and partially refunded me keeping £140 for labour! So but thats daylight robbery
Returning to leave feedback about the great job. I was at this garage about a month ago to have my brake discs and pads replaced, both front and rear. The job was done quickly, the mechanic showed me a video of the issues I had with the brakes, and the price was the cheapest in Leicester. Highly recommended.
Was my first time. Good communication skills. Job well done, clean, cheap and finished earlier than expected.. well done and thanks so much. My car drives as brand new.
