I love the Fit&Fusion class with Jessie, in which I get a very dynamic, full-body workout that is balanced, highly functional, and always challenging as well as mentally stimulating. The trainers here care about having a fun time but provide serious workouts and you can tell they care about safety, mobility and sustainability for their clients. Always a clean setup in a smaller gym. The studio is on the lower level and shares a building with other businesses but there is good signage once you park in the parking lot outside ... read more

I have been going to Evolve for many years, since they opened. I have been impressed by many of their instructors, particularly everyone that I took Reformer Pilates with (Nikiem, Jessie and Tina). Jessie Newell and and Jon Leisenring have helped me through last several years to recover from injuries, become stronger and simply be active.
