My husband and I enjoy the spin class . It is always a friendly atmosphere with positive energy. I love that you are able to go at your own speed and level of intensity , with no judgement, just encouragement . They also do , weights and bands and floor exercises to complete the whole body workout. You will love this class!
The studio is painted in happy colors. It is a very relaxed, calming place. It's uncrowded and classes are accompanied by a motivating music mix and thoughtful commentary by the instructor.❤️🚴🏾♀️
There is no other Zumba like the Zumba at evolve. There is a variety of classes for everyone. Get energy! Check out evolve.
