Evolve is a great gym - Mike is knowledgeable and strikes a good balance of pushing you out of your comfort zone while keeping things safe, functional, and fun. I’ve been recovering from knee surgery and Mike created a training plan that’s helped me to build strength while my knee heals. I’d highly recommend the gym!
Only great things to say about Mike & Evolve Fitness. Mike is knowledgeable, encouraging, and effective. I have trained with him through pregnancy and post-partum periods and he has helped me build and maintain strength throughout. He has a loyal clientele for a reason. I’d highly suggest training at Evolve!
I've been going to Evolve fitness for over 5 years. Mike Patone is great. He has designed a program that is ideal for me and has always modified accordingly when I have a minor injury from cycling. He is top notch when it comes to knowing the best type of strength training to suit an individual's needs. Also, no more back issues since I've been going to Evolve Fitness! Highly recommend !!
Great atmosphere and I look forward to going to the gym! Mike individualizes programs to my needs and adjusts based on improvements AND setbacks. With a tailored program I am able to see improvements and reach my goals but most importantly keeps me focused and motivated so I stick with it.
