This gym is by far the best gym around! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and motivate each person everyday!
Wonderful classes at this gym, spacious areas. Locker and shower facilities always kept very clean.
I started going to Evolve Elmsdale when I signed up for Evolve's 6 week for $1 challenge. I was nervous at first about whether or not I would be able to keep up, but I am glad that I followed through. The instructors, Sam and Owen, were so amazing. They were more than welcoming and created a great environment to be a part of a class. They explained all of the exercises thoroughly and provided help throughout the class.
