I LOVE this gym! I was looking for a new gym and to mix things up and I have found it! Karen is absolutely amazing to work with and love all the work outs she comes up with! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging!

I admittedly had commitment issues with gyms in the past. I never felt comfortable and part of the group but I couldn't recommend Karen and her classes more! She's phenomenal at what she does. Building community, creating support and increasing our knowledge. Coming up on a year and I can say my commitment issues are over! I've found my home in Karen's classes and approach.

Tried out a new gym when I was on the road for work and I found a good one. Place is brand new, great equipment, wide open. The staff is top notch and extremely helpful. Evolve is the best place in town and it’s not even close.

The new site has much more room, with more amenities to accommodate patrons.
