Kale is an awesome guy! I love what they do here and hope to watch this place continue to cultivate community and culture.
I strongly recommend this jim! We have been going there for around 3 months and are extremely impressed. They are not only excellent coaches, but they can see where in your body you're doing small things wrong that are damaging your workout and your body. They're helping us fix our form both for working out and for day-to-day life. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable. Amazing gym & community! Usually I don't write reviews but this place deserves it! The team/staff is what makes it! From the very first day it's been amazing. The classes are top of the line.
