Very well organized training sessions. I just only wish they had some strength training classes too.
If you’re a beginner (or even a pro), Evolve Fitness is the place to get the best workout. The Fitness Trainers are top notch! If you’re recovering from injuries or whatever your case may be, the trainers will guide you through alternative exercises during the classes. They’re motivating and I’m beyond grateful for all of the Evolve Fitness Team. :)
LOVE these classes!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!! But be prepared to really work because they are very challenging!!
The instructors are fantastic, the workouts fun and challenging. Great company, absolutely worth it! Beautiful location, building is very nice.
