I have been going to Evolve fitness for a number of years now. I like the times that the classes are run, the routines, and the music. My ankles have become strong and I now no longer need to strap them.!

Evolve Fitness is a place of fun and friendship, not just fitness! There are so many classes on offer which means you can always find a time and location that suits you. The pricing is affordable and they have so many challenges and new ideas to keep you inspired and eager to attend. The instructors are encouraging, the routines are done to the latest new music and they have such a good range of cardio, strength and stretching routines. Joining evolve is one of the best decisions I have made for myself!
Such a friendly and supportive environment to exercise in. I love the fact I can do as many classes a week as I like at a very affordable rate. A wide range of classes and easy access venues on offer. I find I get an all over body workout attending these classes and suitable for all abilities. Highly recommended!
