I regret signing up for a membership at this gym due to their unprofessional conduct. During the sign-up process, I explicitly requested a month-to-month membership. Unfortunately, I fell ill and was unable to attend the gym. Since I was not utilizing the membership, I decided to cancel it. I sent an email to terminate the membership and also sent a text message.
