Ive been consistent with Evolve since Nov '23 when I joined for a promotion. It's played a big role in losing body fat gaining muscle and actually having friends comment on my physique for the first time. In addition to that, the community vibe is really nice and Coach Sonya and David are always there to answer questions about diet, if my form is right on an exercise etc. For me, its made the difference that In Shape never has for me due to the intensity of the workouts, and friendly accountability.
This is the best gym that I have ever been!! The trainers David and Sonya are amazing 🫶 and they offer great modifications and ensure you're working hard while staying safe. The energy is fantastic with beautiful community!!! I have never felt more motivated and supported💕 Highly recommend 💪💪💪
I’ve been going to Evolve consistently for about 4 years now. Their experience and knowledge make them a great fit for my fitness journey. They are real down to earth people that really care about your fitness goals. I would say they have some of the best clients making it a fun and rewarding process! 😊
Coaches are very informative and knowledgeable and really care about your health. Clientele are amazing and also very supportive of each other. I love this gym. They are my Fitness family.
