I’ve been a member here for just over 5 years! Not only do I feel the best I ever have, I look the best and everyone around me sees the change! It’s not just physical, it’s mental emotional & psychological. I have always dealt with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and really toxic ways of trying to look the way I think I am supposed to the way the world wants me to. I regret signing up for a membership at this gym due to their unprofessional conduct. During the sign-up process, I explicitly requested a month-to-month membership. Unfortunately, I fell ill and was unable to attend the gym. Since I was not utilizing the membership, I decided to cancel it. I sent an email to terminate the membership and also sent a text message. This place is awesome. Staff and members all so nice. Very clean environment. They are very helpful and patient with you. The workouts are great and definitely work!!

Sonya & David are great at programming workouts. They've developed a great inspiring fitness community and are knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness. An awesome place to start feeling great!
