Friendly, welcoming, encouraging environment, motivating music, and challenging workouts. Anne is awesome and really focuses on instruction on proper form and clear directions during the entire workout. She also gives modifications so you can keep moving if something is too difficult at the moment. I’m definitely getting stronger with this program!
I workout here when I come visit from Florida. I love the workouts and the owner/trainer Regan is awesome. It’s always a great experience and I burn a ton of calories and I leave shaking. That’s a good thing. I highly recommend this business.
Best workout classes I’ve ever taken. I always feel challenged, but leave feeling encouraged and stronger than before. I’ve been taking from Regan for 6 years, and there is no one better! She guided me through 9 months of pregnancy while working out, and is so knowledgeable. It’s a wonderful group of friends and workout partners that all encourage each other!
Great Variety of Classes and NO JUDGEMENT! The teachers are fabulous and have changed my out look on fitness! The people at this gym will become close friends and like family. Everyone encourages! Want to change your life and well being? Just try it I promise you will go back again and again!
