I have had an excellent experience at this doctor’s office! Every single appointment I’ve had has been great! Her staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They have been so helpful and patient when I’ve had to call or message for questions. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a calm atmosphere. It was one of the greatest experience I would ever can possibly have. Doctor Rakhi, is one of the expert, patient and knowledgeable doctor I ever seen. She patiently listened to your words and she asks you the questions and again patiently listened to your answers. I felt so comfortable with her. Elizabeth, her lead medical assistant also so great, nice and patient and knowledgeable as well. Julia at the front also nice and kind and she patiently listen to your conversation. As a new patient, I am very pleased with my first experience. Every encounter I had was wonderful, from the check-in to check-out and every step of my visit was explained to me. Dr. Sarkar is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and was attentive to my concerns.
This practice is by far the most clean, organized, and friendly staff I’ve ever been to. The doctor really cares about your well being and I’ve never felt that they were trying to move fast to get me in-and-out. They take their time and make sure you’re comfortable and given everything you need. I can’t stress how friendly this staff is, everyone from the front office, to nurses, to the doctor. I highly recommend this practice!!
Dr. Sarkar is truly the best doctor my family and I have ever had. She is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and always makes us feel heard and valued.
