Me and my wife had derrick do some electrical work in our house and it was a great experience. Workmanship was top notch. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.
Like most independent contractor, the biggest concern has been communication. I paid the invoice in full (do not make this mistake) , and since then my calls and messages have gone unanswered for some outstanding work. That makes it difficult to feel confident about warranty, follow-up, or accountability if anything else comes up down the line. At his price level, there are many established companies with teams, office support, and reliable communication systems. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend going this route.... read more
