Had an awesome experience, was experiencing low back pain, Dr Syed actually took his time and explained the process. The staff was really nice and welcoming, answered any questions I had. The atmosphere was nice as well, and clean. This is the only place I’ll be going and recommending all of my family and friends!
My experience at this clinic has been nothing short of encouraging and pleasant, words can't even express it. I first went in for low back pain among other ailments over a year ago. My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A 30-minute appointment turned into almost two hours of repetitive questioning with no clear purpose, no treatment, and no explanation of a care plan. Despite clearly stating that I had recent X-rays and would not repeat them, the doctor continued to insist and spoke to me in a condescending manner, attempting to justify it rather than respecting my decision.
