Great physio appt today. Jakkie does an exceptional job treat my various injuries and getting me back outside playing.
I was in today for a chiropractic adjustment and Dr. Defosse was amazing! I was a little unsure going in if someone so small could adjust me, but that was completely unfounded as I left feeling way better! I know where I'm going for my next adjustment. I've been completely impressed with everyone I've seen at Evolve. I've also had physio, acupuncture and naturopathic treatments and everyone has been stellar.
Dr. Steph is amazing! Went for my first chiro appt today and she was very thorough, told me what I can do at home to improve my range of motion, explained everything she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable through the entire appointment. Will be going back for sure!!
