****update**** After my 90-day program (back in Jan) I had a follow up call with Dr Gage. He originally told me insurance didn’t cover any services associated with my protocol, so I moved my budget around to accommodate through CareCredit. Come to find out, he was billing insurance each visit!! I stopped going immediately because trust and transparency are paramount especially considering the services he provides. They are absolutely great! The use tool to scientifically find the root cause and try to target a plan to your exact problem. Not leaving it to guessing like the other places! Everyone there is extremely friendly and it’s a real enjoyable experience every time I go!!
If you are at the end of your rope and considering calling the surgeon, call Dr. Gage and the team at Evolv first. It’s worth it.
Dr Gage and his staff are so kind and caring. Dr Gage has a deep understanding about how the body works and the different parts interact with each other. Chelsea is the nicest receptionist ever- always has a smile. Brooklyn is a delight, she makes me feel comfortable. Cornelius likes to make me do things I didn’t think I could. In fact, today, Dr Gage worked on my hamstrings and for the first time in decades I was able to touch my toes! Incredible!
