Good workout before work.
Evolve is truly a hidden gem! Despite its small footprint, it has everything you need to get in a full workout. I never participated in the group classes (only open-gym), but the trainers were always friendly and approachable.
I tried the gym out via class pass and ended up joining. It has a good amount of equipment, great classes and even better people.
Excellent gym and personal training with Melissa is unmatched!
