I have been going to Adrienne at Evolve Bodywork for over a year now and she has helped me with each issue I’ve brought to her! She works with you and explains how you can prolong the benefits from your visit. Most recently, I had the Embrace Your Face 90 minute treatment that left my skin soft and glowing, plus relaxed and less tense. I felt my stress lines leave my forehead and could relax much easier! I highly recommend a visit for any pain or aches you’re having, or just a relaxing session to treat yourself.
I recently had a wonderful facial massage experience with Adrienne. The poultice (herb bundle) was amazing! On my neck & shoulder area as well as my face. A truly relaxing experience, that incorporates health with lymphatic drainage, and beauty with relaxing the muscles to reduce lines and puffiness. I'd totally do again a d the best part. Adrienne gives you insights on how to continue at home work. I'd still need a class, hint, hint😉.
I had a treatment called Embrace Your Face. I had no idea what to expect, but it was amazing! I have had bags under my eyes, which have become more prominent, as I have gotten older. She took before and after pictures, and I actually saw a difference. After the facial, the coloring was lessened and smoothed out under my eyes. Someone even commented that my face looked fresh! I have seen Adrienne multiple times for massage, but the last two experiences have been my favorites. Adrienne offers lymphatic drainage massage, which I found is one of the few people locally to offer this service just for overall health rather than post-op care. I felt so much lighter after, my skin was glowing, and had such an overall better sense of well being.
