Small business owned by lovers of their craft! John has been all around the world and their studio is covered in photos of their journeys. Both owners are extremely professional and they said they've been doing this for decades. Both were kind and polite and friendly and silly. Welcoming to newbies and I couldn't imagine feeling like we were in more capable hands.
The process was sooooo easy. Booked same day appointment, Jessica helped me out at the front and gave me the run down of aftercare, John was patient with me while I decided the exact placement…and then poke/stick later, I have my conch! Clean, professional, friendly….everything I could ask for and more
argumentative, unfriendly staff. if you can't even give a shit about people walking in to buy jewelry and learn more about your studio I can only imagine what the process for actual services ... here is like
