I had a similar experience to most people - my piercer, John, has comically bad customer service. I have was rushed to decide my piercing placement of two helix's, all while being belittled for "poor" placement of a helix on my other ear. When I asked what they did wrong out of curiosity, he berated me for not seeing that "it has to be perpendicular - see this? is this perpendicular? no. it's not perpendicular." I got my tongue pierced by John here a couple weeks ago, and he did a fantastic job. He took the time to get the placement perfect, even taking measurements to get it spot on. Very efficient and speedy process while also paying great attention to detail. Great at answering all my questions. Would 100% go back here for any future piercings and totally recommend this place to anyone in seattle wanting a piercing!! Review today: called the shop asking for assistance placing piercings purchased elsewhere; was willing to pay. What I needed removed was a piercing placed by this shop. Was refused service by an extraordinarily rude receptionist. I literally begged for help and she refused and advised I go elsewhere, though this is where I was originally pierced. WORST, MOST RUDE PERSON I HAVE EVER MET! I don't know his name, but I've never, ever had such rude, arrogant, unfriendly service anywhere! I went on for a service. THEY could not provide it and even though they offer free consultations, they refused to refund my money. Funny enough, he claimed it was for his "time" yet I was actually in and out BEFORE my scheduled appointment had even started. Further to that, they offrr FREE consultation! But it was his snobbery, rudeness and dismissiveness that really put me off!
