I deposited funds into an "FDIC-insured savings account" through Juno, but now Evolve Bank & Trust claims they only have $0 of my deposit. I still have $7,066 in my account but refuse to let me withdrawal anything or spend it. However, they are fine with allowing me to deposit more funds into their bank. My only remaining option is legal action. They have taken 0 accountability for their actions and have hurt the American people. Never do business with this bank.
Evolve won't give me my funds back. I had a deposit of 14k and they are saying I have 0. My yotta platforms still shows evolve is my bank with routing and account number. They supposedly transfered my funds but evolve never updated me or yotta with the new bank institution with account and routing number. This is unacceptable and unethical. They still have my funds and don't want to pay up. I been locked out since may of 2024. I want to see ledgers.
