1 hour and 48 minutes and 8 customer service reps later and Affirm (Evolve Bank & Trust) will not let me close an account or the Visa card that they have issued. There has been no balance on the card for many years. If you open an Affirm credit card account expect Evolve Bank and Trust to hinder the process of closing the account with them by making it as difficult as possible! If you ever want to lose all your money go with this bank!! They can take your money and say they don’t have it anymore! True story unfortunately, happened to a lot of people.

I deposited funds into an "FDIC-insured savings account" through Juno, but now Evolve Bank & Trust claims they only have $0 of my deposit. I still have $7,066 in my account but refuse to let me withdrawal anything or spend it. However, they are fine with allowing me to deposit more funds into their bank. My only remaining option is legal action. They have taken 0 accountability for their actions and have hurt the American people. Never do business with this bank.
