Horrible withholding my direct deposit for three pay periods. I have reached out 5 times and they do not have a answer as to why my direct deposit is not posted. Horrible way to conduct business. I have checked with my employer and payroll department to verify account number and routing number, both have correct information.

Branch Is NOT a Bank. Their support staff will make false claims to insinuate that it is however they have no url, no routing or account numbers of their own. The card issued from Branch comes from Evolve Bank and Trust. I have a Branch card due to a pt driving job I have. I'm trying to align the card with ****************** however Branch is not found as a bank on that site, however Evolve is. My sign in credentials are not recognized under Evolve which makes no sense to me. Other than no ATM fee at select stores, the card ... read more

This bank is partnering with********************** to solicit banking clients with unrequested debit cards. An unrequested debit card arrives in the mail with your name and requests that you activate the card on line with the *******************. The solicitation indicates that banking services are provided by Evolve Bank & Trust and that the card also issued by Evolve Bank & Trust. LOOKING TO BUY A HOME? **BEWARE** Buyer was pre-approved to buy our home. After being in-contract for 2 months on home, buyer paying for home inspection, appraisal, water test, and signing 4 extensions on contract due to slow underwriter, this so-called lending institution changed the buyer down payment from 3.5% to 10% the week of scheduled closing!! Very unprofessional service.
